Warranty :

Once inspection has been conducted by WDFH’s in-house technical support, and the equipment has been determined as satisfactory for the end buyer, the manufacturer will extend a 5 (five) year limited international Warranty on the equipment.

Misuse of Equipment:  Any tampering, misuse or negligence in handling or use of the purchased AWG unit renders the Warranty null and void.  Furthermore, the Warranty is void if, at any time, an attempt to make any internal changes to any of the components of the equipment; if at any time the power supplied to any part of the equipment exceeds the rated tolerance; if any external device attached to the equipment creates conditions exceeding the tolerance of the equipment; or if the serial number plate is removed or defaced.

Financing to purchase an AWG :

The size of the AWG unit is selected by the Customer in advance, depending on their individual needs (whether the AWG is required to provide water for a Home set up, Office, Schools, Hospitals, Cafes, Restaurants, Lounges, Shopping Malls, Farms, Industrial, etc).  Once this is established, if the unit is in stock, 100% payment up front is due before delivery.  However, generally speaking, once the order is placed, a period of production of the chosen unit occurs, and in this scenario a non-refundable deposit is due upon ordering a unit.  Once the unit arrives, the balance payment is due before delivery.
