Once the initial down-payment of approximately 60% is made for the purchase of your unit(s), Water Drops From Heaven will not refund your purchase simply because you have changed your mind, or found it somewhere else cheaper, decided you did not like the purchase, or simply no longer had any use for it.
However, once the customer has paid the balance payment due prior to collection/delivery, if the unit(s) is found to be faulty upon collection/delivery the customer has up to 14 days to notify Water Drops From Heaven for either a free repair to the unit (if the damage is minor) or for a replacement unit or full refund, depending on the severity of the damage.
